School Holiday Clubs -Teen Helpers

The school holidays are not the same no more are they? You’ve just turned 14 and you are ready for a new and exciting challenge. Well look no further than Culks Rookie Leadership (Voluntary) Programme, where you will get the opportunity to put your leadership and sporting skills to the test.

Culks Rookie Leadership programme offers real, practical work/coaching experience for anyone interested in sports coaching and childcare. Each Rookie is partnered with one of our qualified and motivated coaches for guidance and support. Through sessions assisting the coaches and some time to “coach alongside your coach” rookies develop the skills and confidence needed to become a leader.

Rookies are awarded a CERTIFICATE of Voluntary Service, great for your record of achievement, CV, or college/job application. Our aim is to get as many rookies graduating to work for us in the holiday’s whist pursuing further education to become teachers or a career in sport, childcare related sectors.
