Preparing food and drink

Refrigerators are available to keep your Child’s drinks and snacks cool.

Medication

We are unable to administer Medication of any kind.

What happens at the start and the end of the day?

  • On the first day you will need to arrive 15 minutes early.
  • During Registration you will be given your unique Security number.
  • At the end of the day you will be asked for your security number given to you at registration and children must be signed out by an authorised adult.
  • If your children are allowed to travel to and from camp by themselves they will require written authorisation on the Camp Attendance Form.
  • Please respect our course times and deliver and collect your children promptly.

Security

At registration, parent/carers are given a security card for each child, the Group Leader records the number on the register and the card is kept by the parent/carer as proof of identity. Collecting adults must show their security card. If another adult is collecting then either the card may be passed on or at least the number passed on. Children must be signed out by their collecting adult, recording the time of departure so that we are aware that the child has left and who they have gone with. If your child is allowed to travel to and from camp by themselves they will require written authorisation on the Camp Attendance Form.

Behaviour

We expect children to show respect for all children and adults on our Clubs, treating them as they would wish to be treated themselves.
