Any organisation or individual who intends to provide day care for school aged children up to the age of 12 years without the child’s parent being present, for reward, must be registered under the terms of the Day Care of Children (Jersey) Law 2002.

As a registered activity club with Day Care Registration, part of ESC, parents can rest assured children who attend Culks are in a regulated and monitored environment, where the quality of staff, premises and policies are of a high standard.
